1. What are your shipping options and delivery times?

At Swatchix LLC, we offer Standard Shipping with a flat rate, but you can enjoy free shipping if your order value exceeds a certain amount. All products are printed on demand, taking 2-5 business days for production. Once shipped, delivery takes an additional 2-5 business days within the continental U.S. For any issues with your order, contact us within 5 business days at support@swatchix.com. 2. How do I choose the right size?

3. How should I care for my Swatchix products?
To keep your Swatchix clothing looking its best, we recommend washing in cold water with like colors and air drying or tumble drying on low. Avoid using bleach or harsh detergents to preserve fabric quality and color.

4. What printing methods do you use?

We utilize Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing for our apparel. This advanced technique is similar to digital printing on paper, but designed specifically for textiles. With DTG printing, high-quality, water-based pigmented inks are applied directly to the surface of the garment, allowing the inks to be absorbed by the fabric fibers. This results in vibrant, long-lasting prints with exceptional detail.

5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Shop, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Discover. You can also pay securely via PayPal and other popular payment gateways at checkout.

6. What is your exchange and return policy?
