Return & Refund Policy
TL;DR
Returns and exchanges are accepted only when an item arrives damaged or incorrect (wrong color, size, or design). If that's the case, contact us within 5 business days of delivery at support@swatchix.com with your order number and photos. We'll handle it.
Introduction
At Swatchix LLC, every order is printed specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of buyer's remorse, sizing preference, or change of mind. If your item arrived with a defect or error on our end, we will make it right.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email support@swatchix.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and at least two photos — one showing the full item, one showing the problem.
- Indicate whether you'd prefer a refund or a replacement.
- We'll review your request and provide instructions, including a return label if applicable.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return has been received and approved.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refund processing takes 5–7 business days after we receive your item. Your bank may take up to 30 additional days to post the credit.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for the same item in the correct color, size, or design, or as a replacement for a damaged item.
- Your exchange will ship after we receive and inspect the original item (if a return is required).
Return & Exchange Shipping
- In cases of damaged or incorrect items, Swatchix LLC covers all return and replacement shipping costs.
- You are not responsible for shipping fees in these cases.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or with an error in color, size, or design:
- Contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
- Email support@swatchix.com with your order number and at least two photos (full item + the problem area).
- After review, we'll send a corrected replacement at no charge, or issue a refund if preferred.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned outside the 5 business day window will not be accepted.
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage not attributable to production or shipping are not eligible.
- Size exchanges due to personal preference are not accepted.
