Return & Refund Policy

TL;DR

Every Swatchix piece is made to order for you, so we don't accept returns, and you never need to send anything back. If something arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email info@swatchix.com within 15 days of delivery with your order number and photos. You keep the item and we fix it.

1. Changed your mind or picked the wrong size? Tell us within 2 hours.

Email info@swatchix.com within 2 hours of placing your order to cancel for a full refund, or to change the size or color at no cost. After 2 hours your order is already in production, so it can't be cancelled or refunded.

2. Damaged, defective, misprinted, or we sent the wrong item or size

You get a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You keep the original, so there's nothing to send back. If a replacement is out of stock, we'll refund you in full.

3. You ordered the wrong size

We can't refund a made-to-order item for sizing, but we'll help you get the right fit:

30% off the same item in your correct size, with free shipping.
Keep the original, or gift it.
One per order, for the same product only. You'll receive a single-use code linked to your email.
Request it within 15 days of delivery, with a photo of the size label.
Caps are one size, so they're covered for defects only.

How to request help

Email info@swatchix.com within 15 days of delivery with:

Your order number
The item and what's wrong
Photos: the full item, and a close-up of the problem (or the size label, for size requests)

We reply within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take up to 10 more business days to show it. Shipping charges are refunded only if your entire order arrived damaged, defective or wrong.
