Return & Refund Policy

At Swatchix, your satisfaction is our priority. Because all our products are made to order and fulfilled, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, color, or change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return
To start a return, email us at
info@swatchix.com. We’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Email us at info@swatchix.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and the problem

Once we receive your request and verify the issue, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Lost Packages

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at info@swatchix.com with your order number. We will investigate with our fulfillment partners and arrange a replacement or refund if your package cannot be located.

Non-Returnable Items

Because all Swatchix products are custom-made just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size or color ordered
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at

Return Shipping
If your return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, you will be responsible for return shipping costs, which may be deducted from your refund.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your order is lost in transit and not marked as delivered by the carrier, we will reship your order at no additional cost. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier and then reach out to us with your case number. If the item is not redelivered within 10 business days, we will reship at no charge.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled or changed within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, your order will be sent to production and cannot be modified or canceled.
