At Swatchix LLC, we offer Standard Shipping with a flat rate, but you can enjoy free shipping if your order value exceeds a certain amount. All products are printed on demand, taking 2-5 business days for production. Shipping Method
Swatchix LLC offers three shipping options for your convenience:
- Economy Shipping: Delivery within 4-8 business days after production.
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 2-5 business days after production.
- Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days after production.
All products are printed on demand. Production takes 2-5 business days. Shipping times are in addition to production time.
Shipping Costs
We charge a flat shipping rate for all orders. However, if your order value exceeds a certain threshold, you'll qualify for free shipping! Some restrictions may apply.
Order Processing Time
All our products are printed on demand. Once you place an order, it goes into production, which can take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days, with an average of 3 business days. After your order is produced, inspected, and packaged, you will receive an email with shipping information.
Tracking
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Delivery Exception
If your order is marked as 'Delivered' but you have not received it, please take the following steps:
- Check around your property and with neighbors to see if the package was left there.
- Wait for 24-48 hours as some carriers mark the package as delivered before it actually is.
- Contact the carrier for more details on the delivery.
- If the package is still missing, please contact us at support@swatchix.com within 5 business days to initiate an investigation.
We will do our best to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement item or issuing a refund, depending on the situation.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged or you encounter any issues, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order at support@swatchix.com. The process for resolving damaged or wrong items is outlined in our Returns and Exchanges Policy. You will receive a replacement item at no additional cost, as per the terms in that policy.
