Shipping Policy

TL;DR

Shipping is a flat $7.99 per order, and free on orders of $79 or more. Every piece is made to order and arrives in 5–7 business days. Questions? Email info@swatchix.com.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States, including Washington, D.C., Guam, American Samoa, Palau and Micronesia. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, the Marshall Islands, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the U.S.

Shipping cost

Orders under $79: a flat $7.99 per order, however many items you buy.
Orders of $79 or more: free standard shipping.

Delivery time

Every piece is made to order and arrives in 5–7 business days after you order.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM Eastern, on a weekend or on a holiday start the next business day. If your order includes items from different production partners, they may arrive in separate packages, at no extra cost to you.

Holiday season

Carriers are busier from November 15 through December 31, so please allow 7–10 business days during that time. For delivery before Christmas, order by December 9.

Tracking

You'll get an email with tracking as soon as each item ships.

Marked delivered but not received

Check around your property and with neighbors, and allow 24–48 hours, because carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early. If it still hasn't arrived, email info@swatchix.com within 15 days of the delivery date. We'll investigate and reship or refund as appropriate.

Incorrect address

Please check your address at checkout. If a package is lost or returned because of an incorrect address, we can reship it once you've paid a new shipping fee.
