Swatchix LLC ships within the United States. Standard shipping is a flat rate — free on orders over $69. Every product is printed on demand: production takes 2–5 business days, delivery takes another 2–5 after that. Something wrong with your order? Shipping Method
Swatchix LLC offers standard shipping on all orders:
Standard Shipping: Delivered within 2–5 business days after production is complete.
All products are printed on demand. Shipping time is in addition to production time.
Shipping Costs
A flat shipping rate applies to all orders. Orders over $69 qualify for free shipping. Some restrictions may apply.
Order Processing Time
All products are printed on demand. Once your order is placed, it enters production — typically 2–5 business days, averaging 3 business days. After production, inspection, and packaging, you'll receive an email confirmation with shipping information.
Tracking
You'll receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Delivery Exception
If your order is marked as "Delivered" but hasn't arrived, please:
- Check around your property and with neighbors.
- Wait 24–48 hours — some carriers mark packages as delivered early.
- Contact the carrier directly for delivery details.
- If the package is still missing, email us at support@swatchix.com within 5 business days to open an investigation.
We'll work to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 business days of delivery at support@swatchix.com. Resolution details are outlined in our Return & Refund Policy. A replacement will be sent at no additional cost per that policy.
