An embroidered crewneck sweatshirt for women who have found the correct escalation path for anything marked urgent.

Design: "Urgent requests forwarded to the cat." Embroidered across the chest. The request was received. It was routed to someone who will not respond. The process is working as designed.

It is built on the Gildan 18000 Heavy Blend: 8 oz cotton-poly fleece, a ribbed collar that keeps its shape, and a classic unisex fit that sits relaxed on women. The line is embroidered, so it reads as texture from across the room and as a sentence up close. Available in Light Blue, Sand and White, sizes S–5XL (Light Blue and Sand run S–3XL).

How does it fit?

It’s a classic unisex fit, so it sits relaxed on women. Take your usual size for a relaxed look, or size down once for a closer fit. The size guide on this page lists the exact measurements for every size.

When will my order arrive?

Every piece is made to order and arrives in 5–7 business days: 2–3 to make it and 3–4 in transit. Orders placed after 12 PM ET, or on a non-business day, start the next business day. From Nov 15 to Dec 31, please allow 7–10 business days. Order by Dec 9 to have it by Dec 23. Shipping is $7.99, or free on orders of $79 or more. We ship within the US, with a few exceptions listed in our Shipping Policy.

What if it doesn’t fit?

Keep it. We’ll send you the same item in the right size at 30% off, with free shipping. Just email us within 15 days of delivery.

What if it arrives damaged or wrong?

Send a photo to info@swatchix.com within 15 days of delivery and we’ll send a free replacement or refund you. Nothing needs to be sent back.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, free of charge within 2 hours of placing it. After that it’s already in production.
